Our custom-fabricated aluminum cavitation plates are CNC-cut and hand-bent from 3/16" marine-grade aluminum, built to improve your boat's holeshot, reduce prop cavitation, and give you a more stable, efficient ride from the moment you throttle up.

Choose Your Design

Notched — Engineered for a faster holeshot. The notched cutout allows water to release quickly off the plate, reducing resistance as your boat climbs onto plane. Ideal for shallow-water fishing rigs, duck boats, and jon boats where getting up fast matters.

Flared — Built for lift and stability at lower speeds. The flared edges redirect water flow to generate upward force under the hull, keeping your bow from porpoising and your ride smoother in choppy water.

Fitment Guide

Small — 15 to 35hp outboards
Medium — 40 to 60hp outboards
Large — 60 to 90hp outboards

Finish Options

Raw Aluminum — Ready to paint or match your existing boat color. Great if you're building a custom setup or doing your own powder coat.

Black Powder Coat — Durable, corrosion-resistant finish that holds up to saltwater, mud, and constant use. Looks clean on any boat.

What Makes FMS Different

Every plate is fabricated by hand in our US-based shop — not stamped overseas. We use 3/16" marine-grade aluminum (heavier and more rigid than the thin-gauge plates found on Amazon), and each one is CNC-cut for consistent fitment. Optional bolt holes make installation straightforward with standard hardware.
